华人法律与社会发展协会（CLSA）是一家于 2026 年 3 月成立于纽约的非营利组织，致力于面向华语社区及受过国际化训练的法律专业人士，推动法律素养、社区参与与专业发展。The Chinese Legal & Social Advancement Association (CLSA) is a New York nonprofit organization established in March 2026 to promote legal literacy, community engagement, and professional development among Chinese-speaking communities and internationally trained legal professionals in the United States.
CLSA 的成立，源于社区对可获取的法律信息、社区化教育以及以研究驱动的公共参与日益增长的需求。随着法律体系、公共政策与监管环境不断演变，许多人在理解自身权利、应对政府系统、获取与日常生活相关的可靠信息时面临挑战——而语言障碍、文化差异与对美国法律及社会制度的陌生，常使这些挑战进一步加剧。CLSA was founded in response to a growing need for accessible legal information, community-based education, and research-driven public engagement. As legal systems, public policies, and regulatory environments continue to evolve, many individuals face challenges understanding their rights, navigating government systems, and accessing reliable information — challenges often amplified by language barriers, cultural differences, and limited familiarity with American legal and social institutions.
